Lately I’ve been really into helping people learn how to use After Effects templates. I created a free course creatively called How to Use After Effects Templates for Beginners that is a great resource for anyone that wants to learn how add amazing motion graphics to their videos without spending a ton of time or money learning how to use After Effects. The course really just teaches the basics that you’ll need to know to open, edit, and export templates. Enroll here.
Along with the course, I have created a couple free templates that you can use for any of your own projects. You can download the first one here.
This second one comes from a request on YouTube from Jesse. He was responding to this tutorial for a clean lower third.
He asked to show how to edit the 3rd lower third in the example I show at the start. You can see the final image below of the title on a video screen. So I created a tutorial & a template. This lower third is great for showing a block of text. It also has a spot for a logo or image.
Download the project file here. Or you can purchase the pack from VideoHive here. Then watch the tutorial below:
If you have any questions about using the After Effects template, post a comment below. Or if you see another graphic that you’d like me to show you, just post a comment below!
